The following is our product return policy.

Timeframe for Returns
Customers have [30] days from the date of receipt of the product to request a return or exchange. After this period, we will not be able to offer a refund or exchange.
Product Conditions
For a product to be eligible for return or exchange, it must meet the following conditions:
- Must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition as received.
- Must be in its original packaging, with all labels, manuals, and accessories included.
- Must not be a product from the list of non-returnable items (see section below).
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of products are exempt from being returned. These include, but are not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Personal care or intimate items
- Perishable products (food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)
- Clearance or final sale items (unless defective)
- Custom or made-to-order jewelry
Return Process
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

- Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.

If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.- We recommend using a shipping service with tracking, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within [5 to 7] business days.
- Late or Missing Refunds: If you have not yet received a refund, first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Exchanges

Sale Items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
