✨ Invitation Program Terms and Conditions (TUINTICHAT)
1. Program Objective
The sole objective of this program is to reward active users (the “Inviter”) for bringing new members to the platform (the “Invitee”).
2. Eligibility and Rewards
Inviter: Must meet the following requirements:
Be an active platform user.
Be over eighteen (18) years of age.
Complete and submit an eligibility form provided by the platform to verify their identity and confirm they are a real person. Participation in the program is subject to the approval of this form.
Reward Per Invitee: The Inviter will earn $5 (Five Dollars) for each Invitee who completes the registration and activation process. This reward will be credited only if the Invitee uses the Inviter’s unique link or code.
Claim Threshold: The Inviter must complete a minimum of five (5) valid and activated Invitees before they can claim or cash out the accumulated rewards amount. Rewards accumulate from the first Invitee, but they are only unlocked for withdrawal/use after the fifth.
Accumulation Limit: The Inviter may only accumulate a maximum of $5,000 (Five Thousand Dollars) in rewards through this program. Once this limit is reached, the Inviter will not receive any additional reward for subsequent activations.
Invitee: Is the person who receives and accepts the invitation and registers as a new user.
No Direct Reward: The Invitee will not receive a monetary reward or direct benefit for being invited, unless the platform launches a specific separate welcome promotion.
3. Invitation Process
The Inviter generates and shares a unique invitation link or code.
The Invitee uses this link/code to create a new account.
The Invitee must complete the activation of their account (e.g., verify email/phone, complete profile) for the invitation to be considered valid.
Once the activation is validated, the $5 reward will be credited to the Inviter’s account, provided the Inviter has met all eligibility requirements and the $5,000 limit has not been reached.
4. Acceptable Use and Fraud
Account Ownership (Inviter): The Inviter must be the sole and legitimate owner of their own account. It is not permitted to transfer account ownership or fraudulently change usernames with the sole purpose of circumventing the $5,000 accumulation limit.
Account Ownership (Invitee): The Invitee must be the sole owner of the registered account. The creation of accounts with shared identities (friends or family members) to simulate valid referrals is not permitted.
General Prohibitions: The use of spam, unsolicited bulk advertising, the creation of fake accounts (bots), or any deceptive method to accumulate rewards is strictly prohibited.
Cancellation: The platform reserves the right to investigate, cancel the rewards, and/or suspend the account of the Inviter and/or the Invitee if any fraudulent activity or breach of these T&Cs is detected.
